Class D betalactamases

Ambler class D beta-lactamases are serine beta-lactamases, much like Class A and Class C, but have little sequence similarity to the other serine beta-lactamases. These beta-lactamases are also known as the OXA beta-lactamases. Genes in this class include OXA, MSI-OXA, and LCR beta-lactamases.
