Rifampin ADP-ribosyltransferase Arr

Resistance to rifampin can be mediated through ADP-ribosylation of the antibiotic molecule. The enzymes that catalyze this reaction are known as rifampin ADP-ribosyltransferases, and have been shown to be encoded by the ARR genes.
