FUSB

Though the exact mechanism is unknown, the protein encoded by fusB is known to bind Elongation Factor G (EF-G), which is the target of fusidic acid. This suggests that the product of fusB in some way prevents the binding of EF-G by fusidic acid, therefore causing resistance.
