APH7-DPRIME

Aminoglycoside O-phosphotransferases transfer a phosphate from ATP to a specific hydroxyl group on the aminoglycoside molecule. This confers resistance by drug modification. Aph(7'') phosphotransferases modify the 7 double prime hydroxyl group.
